CAP Beneficiaries Publication


DETAILS TO BE PUBLISHED


The details to be published, as required by Council Regulation (EC) 1290/05 are name, the municipality where the beneficiary resides, the postal code (where one exists), and payments data. This data is published exclusively for the purpose of complying with the terms of this Regulation and is not intended for direct marketing or any other use.


Dates of Publication


  • No later than 30th September 2008:
    •


    Expenditure between 1/1/07 and 15/10/07 on schemes co-funded by the EAFRD i.e. The Early Retirement Scheme, The Rural Environment Protection Scheme and Compensatory Allowances in Less Favoured Areas.
  • No later than 30th April 2009 and each year thereafter:


    • a)
    EAGF Direct - total direct payments (Single Farm Payment)


    b)
    EAGF Non-Direct - total payments under other measures funded by EAGF (e.g. export refunds etc.)


    c)
    EAFRD - total payments under measures co-funded under EAFRD (REPS, Early Retirement Scheme, Young Farmers' Installation Aid, Compensatory Allowances in Less Favoured Areas, Farm Improvement Scheme)


    and

    d)
    the sum of these payments.


    These will all be in respect of the previous financial year e.g. in 2009 they will cover payments received during the period 16/10/07 to 15/10/08



    Amounts to be Published


    The amount to be published will be payments net of any deductions for overpayments as at the 15th October in the year concerned. It will not be the same as the payment data on the farmer's annual statement, which is calculated over a calendar year, includes schemes which are nationally funded and in some instances national top-ups to EU payments.
