Scheme for Production Refund for Starch

This is a EU scheme under which eligible applicants can claim a Production Refund for the utilization of starch produced from maize, wheat, rice or potatoes of which only wheat and maize are presently operational. In Ireland the main users are in the papermaking and in the chemical industries.
