•  Application to register as an Agriculture Agent - Form DAFAAReg 1 (pdf 100Kb)
  Form for completion by an Agent and Agency for registration with the Department for the purpose of submitting Single Payment Scheme applications online on behalf of farmer clients. The Agent and Agency must be suitably qualified planners/ advisors/ consultants with recognised experience in completing significant application forms on behalf of farmers, for example SPS, REPS etc.
•  SPS Applicant Authorisation Form for Individual(s) - SPS Auth 1 (pdf 111Kb)
  Form for completion by an individual farmer(s) to authorise an Agent(s) to act on his/her behalf in submitting a Single Payment Scheme application online and any other SPS related documentation to the Department.

  Form for completion by a company to authorise an Agent(s) to act on its behalf in submitting a Single Payment Scheme application online and any other SPS related documentation to the Department.
•  SPS Applicant Termination of Online Authorisation - SPS Auth 3 (pdf 116Kb)
  Form for use by either an SPS Applicant or an Agriculture Agent for the purpose of terminating the Authorisation of an Agriculture Agent(s) to act on behalf of a Single Payment Scheme (SPS) Applicant in submitting that applicant's SPS applications online. This Authorisation was put in place on the receipt in the Department of a completed SPS Auth 1 form.
