Organic Centre, Leitrim

The Organic Centre in Rossinver, Co. Leitrim offers the following courses:

• Eight month long practically orientated full time training course in commercial organic horticulture for 15 trainees funded by FAS. Integrated Assessment System is based on the horticultural element of the IAS developed by FAS, CERT, TEAGASC and the NRB and is recognised by IOFGA and the Organic Trust.
• Six workshops/training days for farmers per annum.
• Outreach training to community groups and various organic projects 30 days per annum
• Around 100 weekend courses on a variety of themes.
