UCD, Faculty of Agriculture

A project titled 'Determination of the dietary history and geographical origin of beef using stable isotope analysis' has been undertaken. The basis of the project is to establish whether compounds can be identified in conventional versus organic beef. A Masters Thesis has been completed and another student will continue towards a PhD.
