Bean and Goose

Beans and Goose make chocolate at Last Tree Farm based in the Wexford countryside. They create a range of chocolate bars, seasonal and Irish whiskey truffles, sharing slabs of chocolate and seasonal, gifting products. Their chocolate is made using the complex and rich flavours of single origin chocolate paired with flavours and ingredients that reflect and celebrate the Irish seasons

Beans and Goose work with artisan food producers and also work in collaboration with designers, illustrators and other brands to bring different elements to their distinct products.

They are passionate about the products that they create and are committed to bringing their customers the very best in Irish chocolate e.g. their milk chocolate bar is topped with smoked Irish sea-salt and cocoa nibs, while their dark chocolate has Wexford honey roasted hazelnuts, Irish sea- salt and chilli.

Harty Oysters

Harty Oysters is one of the most successful oyster farms in Ireland. They supply high quality Gigas Oysters to the Asian and European markets. Gigas Oysters come from the nutrient rich waters of the Atlantic and Irish seas combined with the local rivers & streams surrounding Dungarvan Bay create a sweet and meaty unique oyster. They offer both Diploid and Triploid oysters, in all sizes, according to their customers’ requirements. They always use the highest standards of shape, size, grading and packing.




Bó Rua

Bó Rua Farm has been dairy farming for generations. It was here that they discovered the craft of making farmhouse cheese. The inspir ation came from their Montbeliarde cows that graze on a plentiful suppl y of nutritious grass. Also known affectionately as the ‘Red Cows’, because of their distinctive rust coloured markings. The breed is renowned throughout the world for the exceptional quality of their milk.

In 2015 they decided it was high time they made more use of their delicious milk and started cheese production. From culturing and scalding to cutting the curd, draining the whey and maturing, they combined their passion for fine food with lessons learned. With funding secured from Enterprise Ireland and working with Teagasc, recipes were refined by experimenting, testing and tasting until finally they had crafted a well-balanced and elegant farmhouse cheddar style cheese; a cheese as unique as it is delicious.

In their first year of cheese production, the quality and flavour of their cheddar was recognised with an Irish Cheese Award for their Bó Rua Natural. They won gold in the Artisan Cheese Awards this year.

Sillis Green Veg is a family run company based in Glaslough, County Monaghan and have built a reputation for delivering a high quality customer service and wide variety of top quality produce. Their continued success has been achieved by maintaining a competitive edge, coupled with aiming to improve, adapt and cater to meet the requirements of an ever changing and sophisticated market.

They have established a niche for their current market outlets for packed ready to cooked vegetables. The enhanced range and volume of produce will enable them to further expand their markets as this sector is still developing as the catering sector is looking for pre-prepared vegetables as opposed to preparing them in house.

Oriel Sea Salt

During 2016 “Oriel Sea Salt” and “Oriel Sea Minerals” secured EU recognition as PDOs (Protected Designations of Origin) under Regulation 1151/2012 following examination at national and EU level. “Oriel Sea Salt” is harvested from the bay of Port Oriel located in County Louth. It is almost powder-like to the touch and is naturally crystal white due to the deep water currents, mineral content and purity of the water and the process used to preserve and refine these characteristics. Harvesting of sea salt in Port Oriel dates back centuries when salt was a vital ingredient in preserving fish landed at the harbour for subsequent transport to market. “Oriel Sea Minerals” are concentrated sea mineral salts in liquid form.

Oriel saw the value of EU recognition early on. They are the only company in the EU with PDO status for a Sea Mineral Extract. Oriel Sea Minerals are sold online as a Magnesium and mineral food supplement whose health benefits have been validated by Dublin City University. The brand Oriel Cardio Revive is now used as the primary active ingredient by leading skincare, cosmetics, food and drinks companies across Europe.

The company have also teamed up with Teelings Whiskey to make an Irish Whiskey Smoked Sea Salt in 90 year old oak caskets provided by Teeling Whiskey. This combination of a PDO and a GI (Irish Whiskey has EU Geographical Indication status) is quite unique and the company has increased production to meet demand for the product on the USA market.
