Organic Food and Farming Publications
The need for comprehensive information on the organic food sector is vital for the development of the sector.
Since 2000 comprehensive studies and publications concerning organic food and farming in Ireland have been carried out by the Department of Agriculture Fisheries and Food, Teagasc and the Western Development Commission.
