Minister Coughlan announces one week extension of closing date for applications under Machinery Contractors Scheme
Compensation Scheme for Sugar Beet Machinery Contractor
The Minister for Agriculture and Food, Mary Coughlan, has announced an extension of one week for the receipt of applications under the above scheme.
The Minister said that completed applications for compensation would be accepted by her Department until Wednesday, 23 May 2007.
The Minister urged machinery contractors who wish to apply for compensation for sugar beet machinery under the EU Restructuring Aid for the Sugar Industry to ensure the applications are fully completed and submitted to her Department no later than the extended deadline of Wednesday, 23 May 2007.
