Wallace Launches allaboutenergy.ie website

Ms. Mary Wallace T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food today launched a new website ALLABOUTENERGY.IE. The website is a one stop resource site and portal on energy related issues and is committed to helping consumers throughout Ireland minimise energy usage and increase energy savings.

Speaking at the launch, Minister Wallace said, "the site is an invaluable source of information for consumers on a wide range of energy developments. It is both informative and accessible and is designed to provide users with useful tips and practical advice on ways to cut energy costs and increase energy efficiency and awareness. Homeowners, for example can access practical advice on improving energy running costs, reducing fuel bills and cutting carbon emissions. In addition to a wide range of facts and figures on energy topics, the site carries update news and announcements on a daily basis".

ALLABOUTENERGY.IE is the brainchild of brothers Tommy and Ciaran Brennan who have developed the site to provide homeowners, apartment dwellers, business owners and developers with quick and efficient access to reliable information on all their energy requirements. Visitors to the site can also access a comprehensive portfolio of suppliers of energy related products and services. Other special features include articles on a wide range of energy related topics, educational and interactive services as well as extensive links to other relevant websites.
