Agriculture Research (including Rural Environment)
DAFM funds agriculture research that is innovative and progressive, forming the corner stone for sustainable and competitive agricultural production practices and policies in Ireland. Through the Research Stimulus Fund, DAFM contributes to building and maintaining a knowledge economy in the agriculture sector, spanning production agriculture, animal and plant health, agri-environment and rural economy.
