Agent/Agency Registration Form
Form for completion by Agent or Agency for registration with the Department for the purpose of submitting applications on behalf of farmer clients for various schemes. The Agent or Agency must be suitably qualified planners/ advisors/ consultants with recognised experience in completing significant application forms on behalf of farmers, for example BPS, GLAS, REPS, AEOS, etc.
