- Co-operative Enterprise.
- Sustainable Development includes 8 Modules:
- Food Crops
- Organic Production Principles
- Soil Science
- Plant Science
- Plant Identification and Use
- Work Placement
- Communications.
- These courses are FETAC Approved and may be completed on a full-time or part-time basis. They involve 50% hands on practical experience at the college or with selected Organic Farmers and Growers.
- Farming includes 8 Modules:
- Soil and Crop Production
- Organic Animal Production
- Farm Operations and Records
- Communications
- Work Placement
- Alternative Enterprises
- Organic Drystock Production
- Food Crops.
- Organic Enterprise includes 6 Modules. This Diploma is certified by the Irish Organic Farmers and Growers Association (IOFGA). Modules are:
- Organic Crop Production 2
- Organic Farming 2
- Enterprise Development
- Countryside Management
- Work Placement and Mentoring.
In addition to these courses, the college runs one day courses in Spring and Autumn on Farming and Growing. The next is on Saturday 11th of September, featuring tours of the Farm, Gardens, Heritage Co-op, Workshops, Potato Heritage Variety Tasting, Barbeque and discussions.
