Notification Details of Herdowners' intention to spread livestock manure during the period Thursday 1st to Friday 16th November 2012
How do I notify the Department of my intention to avail of this measure?
- A notification form will be available on the Department's website from tomorrow afternoon Wednesday 31 October 2012. It will be located in the 'Most Popular' section of the home page under 'Livestock Manure Spreading Notification'.
- Completed forms can be submitted electronically to the Department by clicking on the 'Submit' button.
- Alternatively the form can be downloaded for posting to Nitrates Section, Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Johnstown Castle Estate, Co. Wexford.
- PLEASE NOTE: The only acceptable proof of postage will be a Swift Post Receipt or a Registered Post Receipt.
- If no access available to the website, forms will be available from regional offices and Nitrates Section.
